Problem
The client needed to generate awareness and drive traffic to open houses for newly constructed downtown San Antonio condos. With a competitive real estate market and limited visibility, they lacked a cohesive marketing approach to effectively communicate the value, lifestyle, and key differentiators of the properties to potential buyers and renters.

Solution
I developed a modern, multi-touchpoint marketing campaign designed to engage the target audience across high-traffic local environments. This included designing a visually compelling trifold brochure and 11×17 posters that combined strong lifestyle imagery, clear messaging, and essential property details. The materials were strategically placed in popular coffee shops, bars, and retail locations to meet potential buyers where they live and socialize, creating multiple points of discovery and engagement.

Outcome
The campaign elevated the overall presentation of the condos, increased local visibility, and created consistent, high-quality touchpoints that supported open house attendance and interest in the properties. By combining strategic placement with strong design, the campaign helped position the development as a desirable, modern living option in the downtown market.
